Hi my name is Sarah, I have been married to my Best Friend Clinton for 21yrs. Together we have 8 beautiful children and 2 who God decided to keep with him before we got to meet them. Having been a co business owner for over 10 yrs, it was only a matter of time before I started my own venture. Choosing Hope and Freedom
Early Saturday Morning: So it’s now 5 am and I have been awake now for an hour. I have been lying in bed for that hour praying and saying to myself “don’t pick up the garbage that you were freed you from last night.”

It’s time to start
For some time now, I have been writing bits and pieces of my thoughts that I have been feeling led to share. I have been hoping to get perfectly organised so I have the time and the space to write out properly, the things that I want to share But.... I realise now that I Just Need To Start!

My not so good day.
So yesterday I was having a reasonably good day but I found I was struggling for some reason. It was so quick the thoughts of negativity that filled my head that it was a fight to reclaim them.
